Notwithstanding the enormous sums of money doled out and its failure to meet the rosy forecasts of the Obama Administration, how much did TARP reduced unemployment, if any?

According to John Lott, TARP increased unemployment.  He compares the United States with Germany, France, and Canada, and each spent less and recovered faster.  Canada's pre-stimulus experience was particularly comparable to that of the United States.  But their per capita stimulus spending was much lower and their recovery faster:
