Is this Fox News screencapture for real?
This is a "snopes" type question; I might just check this out on Snopes as well. The image below is making the rounds among my lefty Facebook friends, as more proof of the ineptness and ignorance of Fox News:
I'm just curious if this is a genuine screen shot, or if it's been photoshopped. It's almost comically bad, I have to wonder if it was altered or made up as a joke... "Toolooz"!? Really?

It's a screen grab from a story in 2011, original and doctored photos both appear at the above link. I original found out on a French web site, above link is much more succinct. I hate when people feel the need to lie to prove a point.
