In accordance with the podcast's guest this week, here's a great interview with Dr. Sowell regarding the Occupy Wall Street demonstrations and the economy as a whole. I could try to summarize his points, but I wouldn't do it justice; better to hear it straight from him.
By the way, for 81, he looks great.

We are not in am Imperial stage. This happened at the fall of the Republic of Rome too. Its best days were still ahead in Empire. If our Republic must die, perhaps the next phase will be an American Empire.

Thanks for the post. I watched this on FOX and again today. I never get tired of listening to the wisdom of Thomas Sowell. It bears repeating.
