The facts are, the cars which are built to date, were built in Finland. The 1st part of the loan went to pay Americans that already worked for the company.  The 2nd part of the loan is for a Delaware plant that will never be used as stated.  So far the company has laid off 26 workers from the Delaware location.

Here are some fun parts of their checking:

...  so far were manufactured in Finland. That forms the basis of the ad’s claim.
The company has made about 1,400 of them so far (and sold 800 for about $97,000 apiece), all of them assembled in Finland.

they  plans to continue hiring.”   But they haven't
It’s possible that DOE money used to fund operations in the U.S. allowed private investment to concentrate on overseas manufacturing.
The plan is to build those cars at a shuttered General Motors factory in Delaware. That project has hit some snags. , Fisker let go 26 employees from the Delaware factory.
Fisker still plans to move forward with the car, and the “first option” is still to build them at the factory in Delaware If it moves forward,

The Koche brothers are so secretive that every media outlet in the world mentions their name at least once a day. A liberal friend of mine knows all the dirt on the Koche brothers but has never heard of George Soros.

I turned off the sound, but I knew Stephanie Cutter was lying, because I could see her lips moving.
