Is it looney to be a non-Romney?
Several people on Ricochet posted videos of a good moment for Newt Gingrich in the Fox debate. Well, to follow that up here is a flip flop moment by Romney (thanks Santorum!). This clip originally caught my attention at The Daily Beast (Beast tv).
What the clip shows besides a Romney flip flop is that Romney won't give a straight answer. Plus the whole "we don't have control over Super PACs" answer is, well, weak to say the least. I think that if Romney goes against Obama, he is going to get tied in knots by his lack of straight answering, and past flip flops. Back in 2008 Obama didn't get elected because of his record, he got elected because he ran a winning campaign...

Re: Is it looney to be a non-Romney?
Thanks for posting this exchange, Matt. It took me a half hour to find a live stream of the debate that worked, and I missed this strong moment for Santorum.
And as to your question—is it looney to be a non-Romney?—I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. By definition, anyone except for Romney himself is a non-Romney....is that looney? No.
Re: Is it looney to be a non-Romney?
Haha good point, I guess not-Romney would be more appropriate. In general I was referring to conservatives who are not quite on the Romney band wagon yet. I'm one of those conservatives, but is it looney for anyone to not go ahead and jump on the wagon? Hugh Hewitt and John Hinderaker might say it is looney.
