Freedom of Religion (and the ways of the force)
Although this is a bit out-dated, I loved reading this article about a British supermarket chain, Tesco, that faced a lawsuit from a customer complaining of not being able to wear his Jedi hood in the store, since it was part if his religion.
Tesco, obliging all customers to remove hoods to reduce the risk of theft, showed amazing tact and knowledge of the Jedi way in their public response:
'He hasn't been banned. Jedis are very welcome to shop in our stores although we would ask them to remove their hoods.
'Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda and Luke Skywalker all appeared hoodless without ever going over to the Dark Side and we are only aware of the Emperor as one who never removed his hood.
'If Jedi walk around our stores with their hoods on, they'll miss lots of special offers.'

Who cares about hoods? It's how they feel about light-sabers that's important.
