That's like Santa Being real but he is actually just a bus driver in Baltimore who dawns a red cap occasionally.
Apple assisted bad speller actually but one of these days I hope to stumble into such elegant wit and depth :)
hmm.... sometimes the clarity about God's character and existence to me seems to unfold not so much in an overt observable sense but in the missing pieces and peculiar vacancies. We all seem to have a built in longing to live forever. Death seems to be so incongruous and contrary to our entire psyche, yet it is an unavoidable certainty and the king of all our fears. I have an expectation of nobility, honesty and virtue in myself and especially in others ,but if I am brutally honest and can stop judging everybody else for long enough, I have the dismal epiphany that the ten commandments cut me down to size, just like they do to that jerk that just cut me off in traffic. We have an innate expectation for morality in ourselves and others but the complete inability to ever achieve it and a vicious addiction to judging others. I yearn for unattainable notions and attributes that don't present themselves to me in an accessible format anywhere within the realm of my existence...? Although certainly out of vogue and unavoidably offensive to ever facet of my ego the God of the Bible uniquely answers this quandary.
Here two good interviews of Herman Cain, more power to him. What an interesting primary race. The wheel keeps turning.

Seems like a valid point. I wonder if he could perceive at the time when he spoke those words the impending death of honest journalism coming down the rails. With a 4th column that has devolved into such a vicious propaganda machine, maintaining honest pressure to make the "bums" vote right long for any extended period seems arduous. I guess we will find out. A voting demographic with large swathes of entitlement demented zombies, lobotomized from all work ethic and personal responsibility is not difficult to nudge, sway, or bait. The right people for the upcoming elections have never been so important in my opinion. We need someone believable, principled, and talented as an orator. Reganesque charisma, Clintonian grease?(maybe not). Most of the current candidates for GOP no matter how capable on paper or touching in bio ,do not have this gift. Chris Christie is the only one even on the radar in this category, salesman, cowboys, and novelties won't do this time I am afraid, if we want to cure what ails us... have you forgotten what a speech should sound like? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n-p-Nuu8hYQ
I yearn for the expired race card and the complete exhaustion of white guilt. She is a fool and a clever provocateur.
Great analogy.
| David Williamson: Mr Obama made the classic mistake of dropping the lobster in boiling water, rather than raising the heat slowly, which is what Hillary would have done - they both want to "fundamentally change" the USA into a socialist utopia. So, in a way, it is better that we had Mr Obama, so that we woke up before it is too late. It may still be too late - we shall see next year. ยท Aug 22 at 1:53am |
I think in a way that the Tea Party is bigger and more passionate indirectly because the president is not white. I don't think it would be of the same size or intensity under a HC presidency. I think the overt soft/cloaked Marxism in Rev Wright's black liberation theology rants and core doctrine, as well as Obama's other creepy friend's and associations put many American's on edge to see what was really going on, they were puzzled, and hesitant to rush to opinion. The novelty of the president's race made him a trojan horse of sorts, hence the "fear" of his blackness was not in the classical sense of racism, but rather a rational and reasonable fear about what was being delivered on the cart of such historic novelty and untouchable firstness. I don't think Hillary could have been so flagrant in her associations, appointees and actions. Hopefully historic firsts in the future will not be so destructive to country.
Thanks for posting this. They did what they were sent there to do! I love that they voted on principal instead of caving to the political bs. Go SC!
I disdained the spending as well but he makes President Obama look like a whining child. I cringe with anger at all the libs mocking Bush as an idiot. and he can definitely throw a decent baseball for what thats worth. Watch him here debating without prompter or note cards: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pw4Bhmm22xo
I have never heard it in the media but I think part of his problem in the last few years was brain fog that could have been caused by a medical condition of the thyroid called graves disease. His father and mother had the same condition. HW received radioactive iodine treatment to slow down his thyroid function while in office.
I have been curious as to whether or not it reflects the disconnect of the majority of voters in CA or is it a union "group think" type thing
Perhaps MSNBC is waking up to the realities of capitalism. Could it be that they are realizing that leftist spin 24/7 may not be the most viable path for ratings. How can we spin that we are a credible news source? Axe KO? Keith could play a mean Mcbeth
Countless dead bodies under Fannie and Freddie, Pigford Settlements, Obamacare bribes, DOJ panther case, billions missing unaccounted for in Afgan/Iraq, Acorn, Charlie Rangle, Maxine Waters, Barney Frank, Audit the Fed, where do you even start. It may not be politically advantageous to be too aggressive too fast but they have got to do something about the unparalleled corruption

Re: Paul Ryan Debating...
Great post, Ryan is so refreshing. I have never seen him bested in any forum of this type
