Matthew Hennessey is an associate editor of the Manhattan Institute's City Journal, the nation’s premier urban-policy magazine. In addition, he writes the “Dad’s View” column for Fairfield County Catholic, the newspaper of the Diocese of Bridgeport, CT. His essays on faith and family have been featured at FirstThings.com and his articles have appeared in the New York Post, Crisis, The Irish Echo, Catholic New York, and Human Life Review. Matthew is a graduate of Hunter College and Fordham University. He is married to fellow Ricochet contributor Ursula Hennessey. They have four children.
