When I read the subject of the post I was a little worried about RiC. (Haha) Just kidding, it was a great opportunity to meet the Doc and his better half Missy. BIG FUN. I love that TommyHawk took you out and I know you took. It as intended. You are a great sports fan and I'm glad the lower level fans didn't shower you with Old Style. Then again you are six five. I'm not so sure you would have gotten the same welcome up in the 3 level. One day I will get out to Reno for round two of National Bourbon Day

I shake my head as I walk among the masses on the streets and in large public settings.  I feel as a stranger from a strange land, in a land of losers waiting for the next shinny thing to come their way.  Ricochet is my Oasis from these goofs.

This is why Ricochet is my first choice for getting informed about things I will never see for myself.

I do know one area where it can work.  And that is in Sunday School

David Cook did a great job in allowing my six  and seventh grade Sunday School

class understand the bible, better than other material used over the previous

4 years of teaching the subjects of both Old and New Testament.  The kids

liked discussing the story as much as I liked talking about the story.

I should also mention, I have never once tried to, nor needed to read

Shakespeare for any of my English classes.  I should also say I was not

a great student when it came to grades, but was a great student as in trying

hard, and not being one of the trouble makers that were in most of my

classes. A great reader I was not, and its always has been a soft spot

in my armor.

The non college grad thing was never brought up in either his run for Gov or his Recall fight.  That is news to me and I believe it would be another reason to pull some Dems over the line.  FYI he also spent time as Milwaukee County Executive, where he cut his teeth on lefties of Milwaukee.

Does the CoC apply?

The privilege of being a US citizen is to pay the bill for a world,worth living.  Its the "worth living", that we need to adjust to.  Compared to the rest of the world, the belief is, its time for the rest of the world to catch up, is way overdue.  So its time to rethink the where and how of living in the US, as needing serious thought.  Doesn't it feel as if you have a cup and you need to bailout the boat with holes.   The boat is built well enough as it will never go under, however, with its holes, its never going to sail as it once did.  "Shut up and keep bailing" says the ones that are trying to climb into the boat.
