Work? I wonder how these folks earn their income, I can't imagine any real businessman who was that successful but could not avoid that high rate.

I suspect anyone paying that high rate has some quasi government/union job doing something that would never yield that high an income in a different region.

I wonder how entertainer/athlete income is counted if they earn it outside France?

Yes, all need jail. Did anyone at the GSA serve time or repay the money they wasted? Isn't government what we all do together? Or is it what we all do TO each other.
