Question for Richard/John: When the Supremes dictate the marriage set up, will that be only regarding civil marriage at the courthouse? Or will they force religious organizations to participate... And then, if they can make religious organizations do this and that (e.g., morning after pills), what is the limit going forward on their power to have govt religious dictates? I mean, like Hobby Lobby... they would have to go out of business if their religious practices don't match the Supreme Court's (or Obamacare's) pronouncements? Because "ruling" on these things from an unelected position on high basically just deletes the Constitution's process altogether?

I was thrilled to see your guest list, but, second time ever, had to turn it off at about the 7 minute mark. Rob Long is a one man voter suppression crew and I'm wondering about paying to have myself depressed over and over. It may feel sophisticated to criticize your own side, but the trick would be to propose something meaningful to make it better. "Hapless"? I've been irritated at the seeming silence of a lot of the (R)s in Congress, but by watching some of their FB newsfeeds, I'm realizing that a lot of their "silence" is to do with the Marcuse/Alinsky complicit media (which is abdicating their constitutional duty in the process). So, if, as they tell us out in flyover, 10 mil Republicans sat out for McCain, and that plus another 3 mil sat out for Romney, how is Rob's commitment to trashing the Republicans helping to get the base to at least go out to vote against the Marxists? Maybe you guys can tell where in podcast timer Mr. Davis, Dr. Arnn (got to meet him in person once!), and Mr. Trevino (fabulous twitter entertainment) start.

Camille is on the way, but she is still soooo focused on the "woman". She calls out "the burden" of having babies... I actually told my daughter that the main thing women have that men don't is that we get to have the babies. And in talking about "feminism" it is all about the woman. It has resulted in a disaster for the kids. Some kids have the temperament to not be with their parents (daycare, aftercare, unattended from middle school on) and many don't. So, hopefully, as a parent herself, Camille will readjust her vision to see the needs of kids to not be deserted and left unattended. A booming economy, as opposed to people scrapping for handouts, allows parents to move in and out of the workplace and find many flexible enterprises to allow children and teens to have optimum levels of attention for their temperaments. Doing the best things for their successful launch, including your own and others' kids, is the future of humanity.

That one is the interview they did, not the Fast & Furious documentary I linked. The documentary is devastating, even more than the interview. I'm still looking for the link to the full documentary because the link I gave is only 9 minutes of it (with translation- English subtitles). And apparently the tactic was used toward other Central/South American countries with even more guns. Daily Caller is working through the Mexico part:

Univision: Juarez drug cartel leader ‘El Diego’ was captured with Fast and Furious Weapons

Devereaux: ?Vote for a democrat. I am 66, and recollect voting for A democrat ONCE. While I am hardly enamoured with the bevy of candidates the republicans have put forth over the years, they have, on margin, been a better choice than anything the dems have had to offer.

On that note, I have to say that since the advent of the Tea Party I have finally seen people that seem to have many of the same beliefs that I do. FINALLY! Seems to have taken a very long time to get to here. · 3 minutes ago

I was going to say - if people aren't sure what to do, the Tea Party has pretty much stopped rallying and is doing grass roots get-out-the-vote and poll challenger stuff, including states where the huge cheat has been going on. We have to out-vote the Cheat to be able to repair the voter system. So call them. Or call the RNC/Romney/Ryan "Victory Centers", which are a hub for making phone calls, walking and knocking for candidates, lit drops, etc. Where I live those are the clearinghouses for getting involved in specific tasks. Get on out there!

Eeyore:"Unexpectedly, President Obama has issued an emergency Executive Order blocking Univision from all U.S. cable broadcasting, effective immediately..."

Bet he wishes he could!

What will be the response, given that the source of the documentary is deep within Teh One's hispanic base? They can't claim racism.

Any new ones you can think of beyond the standards:

- "It started under Bush, and Holder stopped it" [guaranteed]

- "Univision was lied to by disgruntled former agents..."

- "The head of the Justice Department has concluded that the head of the Justice Department knew nothing about this." · 8 minutes ago

Re the "blame bush" meme, the Wide Receiver program under Bush was a few guns, with tracker chips (which Holder's didn't have). In 2006 it was ended because the tracking was not foolproof. Fast & Furious was started, with completely different procedures, in 2009. Therefore, it is ANOTHER OBAMA TEAM LIE to say it was a continuation of Wide Receiver. Gotta get out there and get these people voted out!!!

Just FYI, I have a kid living 1 hr north of Juarez, one of the most dangerous cities on the planet. This is NOT OKAY!

Sunlight: Anybody who thinks these cozy socialist countries like Sweden or Germany are working needs to go live there (and not as a foreign tourist - make a living, take part in a community, etc. Stay multiple years) before advocating to foist the socialist way on the U.S. Take your daughters and live in Malmo. (I lived in Germany for 3 years). See what happens to them. Same with Asia... if you admire socialism, then by all means, go live in a socialist country. I agree. A 2012 survey by Gallup found roughly 640 million adults would like to migrate to another country permanently if they had the chance. Nearly one-quarter (23%) of these respondents, which translates to more than 150 million adults worldwide, named the United States as their desired future residence.Look at Sweden and Germany, way below.  ·

In case people don't click over: No. 1: US 23%, 150m. No. 2: UK 7%, 45m. All the rest lower % than that.

Sunlight: If I want edgy-hip=and=cool dissing of the Republicans, I'll subscribe to the NY Times. For the first time ever, I turned off the Ricochet podcast in the first few minutes. If you actually have solution-based suggestions or can formulate an actual winning strategy, then please do. But I don't pay for the partisan hack NY Times, and I would put the beginning of your edgy podcast this week in that category.

But I hope I'm not a partisan hack for the Republicans, either.

(more below) · 3 hours ago

You need to be a partisan hack for the Republicans from now until the morning of Wednesday, Nov 7. Then we can open a discussion forum with Mark Levin, Professor of the Constitution as Applied to Modern Life, and we can move the Republican party back that way. If the current Obama/Marcuse Dems win again, we will be a New Left Marxist country, not a Constitutional Republic.

Rob Long: My hope is that the Romney operation gets itself together and drives this failed and failing and dishonest president out of the White House, and his corrupt and cowardly party out of power in the Senate.  And I want to help them do that.  But I don't know if I'm helping them if I tell them they're doing a great job, keep on keeping on, if I think they need to pull out their thumbs and step on the gas. · 2 hours ago

First of all, although you and the NYT think this President may be "failing" or "dishonest", this administration is actually criminal and getting away with it. The State Dept armed up one side of the drug cartel war in Mexico by giving arms to the Mexican army that were then taken in desertion to the Zetas. F&F armed up another side. Hundreds of dead people. And someone's sons killed in criminal negligence (at best) in Benghazi. And who knows where else. Bottom line, it is the lack of spine among the commentariat like us that will let the Obama marxist/sharia operation take over this country. Man up, people!

I've been out spending days on the phones, working the State Fair, etc. in a State where the Democrats have spent the last 7 years cheating the voter rolls, not doing the legally required purges, opposing any voter ID or even non-citizens being removed, dead and maimed people on both sides of the border due to US govt gun running programs... since '09, all with the help of Holder. So I can only request that you put a label warning on the podcast if you are just going to whine about the Republicans, in anticipation of the Democrat Dictators continuing their path of destruction.

Our neighbor Ted Cruz is on now. And he just said, "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!" Which reminded me of Peter and that I want to thank you for posting this youtube link. Who knew? A bunch of people in New Mexico are watching on there because of you, Peter! Now I have to find a clip of Phil Archuleta, a New Mexico guy, who spoke just before Rick Santorum at 9:15 TampaTime. He did a great job!
