If BSA caves in for corporate money and current zeitgeist, it will be an act of cowardice and avarice and these are not Scout qualities. One consequence will be that my son will not be participating in BSA; which will be a great regret to me. Additionally, I will make a purpose in my life to have the Roman Catholic Church disassociate itself from BSA and work to create an organization that preserve the scouting values with Catholic values rather an organization that through ill advised compromise has rendered itself irrelevant and worse morally bankrupt. Remember there is nothing more intolerant than a tolerant liberal.

Absolutely I hope note, because (don't tell Rob and Peter), that is the reason I joined Ricochet.

Do what the PResident did today - continue to lie and hope the DNC-LSM does their job

As a Conservative and default member of the what Dennis Prager calls the "Stupid Party" it is so unusual for me to say that the LSM (sans Stephanopoulos) summaries of a debate are reasonable and accurate. But wonders never cease.  I hope there are enough tranquilzers in the Blue States, especially for Chris Matthews and Andrew Sullivan.
