Originally from Lake Charles, LA, Jim Carter is a US Army veteran, an alumni of Louisiana State University and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.  He is currently retired, which means he's busier than ever, working on a growing list of "Honey-Do's."  When he's not knocking items off that list, he's either riding his Harley (affectionately named "Charlie Harley"), or performing duties as a Dad, a Grandfather, and a Great Grandfather.  He has also been known to stir up trouble throughout the country with his son, Ricochet Contributor Dave Carter.
