I'm a bit surprised no one else has already mentioned that the Fourteenth Amendment states that "All persons born ... in the United States ... are citizens of the United States..."
The citizenship of a child parent's has no bearing on the citizenship of a child born in the United States. (Hence the movement to reconsider birthright citizenship for the children of illegal immigrants.)
Bobby Jindal was born in Baton Rouge and Marco Rubio was born in Miami. They are both natural born citizens and both eligible to be president.
