Born, raised, and educated in the Midwest. I've been a resident of nine states including 18 years in California-- split evenly between the Bay Area and Southern CA. Now that I can live wherever I wish to live I'm very happy to reside in The Palmetto State.
Worked my way through school as a gardener, janitor, chauffeur, oil refinery boilermaker/ pipe-fitter.

My absolute favorite sketch was Johnny Carson playing a confused President Reagan in a conversation with James Baker. It was an update on the Abbott and Costello "Who's on First", with puns on the names Hu, Yasser, Watt, and possibly others. I always liked to imagine that Reagan saw it and laughed more than anyone.
