Planned Parenthood  should have hung it's head in shame, not grandstanded about this verdict.

Their activism enabled this serial killer, and make no mistake, that's what Gosnell was.

A SERIAL KILLER.

Who found a completely legal way to kill thousands of humans under the guise of a medical procedure.

Planned Parenthood was complicit in his crimes. Their extreme agenda rendered them completely blind to the monsters like this "doctor" in their midst. They opposed inspections. They care more about a procedure than the women they purport to protect. Their extreme agenda victimizes poor, young and desperate women.

Women, who, in study after study, regret their abortions.

Women who are lucky to avoid the ghouls like Grosnell suffer for their decision, but at least they survived.

This story makes me sick at heart and I wish that more people were exposed to it so they understand the true horror of abortion, especially late term abortion. I am haunted by the testimony about the child that "screamed" as it was MURDERED. The trial testimony is tough to take, it's sickening, but it's essential not to look away from evil. And this trial was all about EVIL.

and people wonder why the home schooling moment continues to grow day by day...

I've forced myself to follow this story, forced because many of the details seem to be taken straight from Dante's inferno. I've been sickened, heartbroken, angry, horrified and despairing at many of the details of the "healthcare" that was dispensed at this clinic. The fact that the MSM and woman's groups have turned a blind eye and a deaf ear to this criminal and depraved enterprise shows how entirely they have been corrupted by their advocacy of abortion. Abortion rights trump all. Gosnell is a souless monster, we shouldn't allow his crimes to be hidden because public knowledge of them might cause uncomfortable conversations about how 'terminations" are actually performed. If the press and advocacy groups are this complicit in keeping butchers like Gosnell from continuing to "practice", how many more of him are out there preying on the poor, the desperate and the vulnerable? This is an outrage. Though sickened, we can't turn away from the horror of it all or it will continue, and that's the greatest sin of all.

at least the folks associated with Argo gave kudos to the members of the foreign and clandestine services.

I have to go with the original suggestion, I LOATHE, LOATHE, LOATHE Imagine.

I can't switch stations fast enough when it comes on. I never liked it but I graduated from high school in 1981 and the dolts in my school decided to honor John Lennon by selecting Imagine as the prom song [it unseated Freebird which had been the song for the previous  3 years and followed in 1982 so that tells you all you need to know about my school].

I was in enriched/advanced classes and all the super-smart jerks who wished they'd grown up in the 60s and 70s worshiped Lennon and this insipid song. Lennon's death was some sort of touchstone for these jerks, yet the attempted assasination of Reagan and Pope John Paul the following spring illicited no compassion from them.

Imagine is a perfect distillation of everything I hate about liberals and progressives. Lennon is a preachy know-it-all offering simplistic solutions in a world that doesn't actually exist. A folk Michael Bloomberg if you will.

To put it inelegently, Imagine SUCKS.

Many coldn't be confirmed but this IS an exercise in fantasy after all. Christie or Jeb Bush for education, Jindal HHS, Giuliani homeland security, Liz Cheney defense, Bolton SOS, retired general Honore for FEMA, Inhofe for EPA, Fiorina or Whitman for commerce or treasury, Clement for solicitor genl, Lieberman UN ambassador, Kyl Attorney Gen, Walker Labor, Palin energy, McCain or Franks Veterans affairs, D Rosi Interior and finally Clint Eastwood for NEA. Trump for HUD. Would love to see Ed go way of Dodo, vets and HS/Transportation and FEMA absorbed into Defense, EPA/Agriculture and Interior combined, Energy rolled into commerce or defense, UN ambass and UN go away entirely, don't get me started on NEA. Wouldn't a cabinet with Rudy, Christie, Bolton, the Donald and Sara Palin be "the clash of the Titans"?

I'm home in a town on the offending map for a Holiday visit and my Dad's name and address are indeed published as he is a law abiding legal gun owner. He's so pleased to have his privacy violated that he's cancelled his subscription to the paper. A 42-year, 7-day a week home delivery subscription. And according to the paper's website many other outraged readers are doing the same. Seems like a dumb decision in a time where papers are struggling for paying customers.

One unreported detail, the map publishes names and addresses of people with inactive permits or no activity in the last 5 years. In my little town there are people listed who haven't lived at that address for over 10 years, so it's unsurprising that there hasn't been activity for that owner.  I wonder how thrilled the current owners are with their addresses being listed with inaccurate information. If the paper was going to publish this shouldn't they have taken the time to be accurate?

How is it that on the Anniversary of 9/11 Security at all of our overseas embassies wasn't on the highest alert? For goodness sake, here in America on Tax Day every federal building is on high alert. The last 24 hours have shown how dangerous our own State Department is: political correctness, moral equivalence and blame America first are higher priorities than the physical safety of our citizens/representatives. It's not as if either Egypt or Libya have been stable at any point in 2012 - they are both active war zones yet it seems as if the security in place would be more appropriate for an embassy in Iceland or Bermuda. The early "appologies" out of the state dept. and Secretary Clinton's statement clearly reflect the actual thinking in the department. Distressing indeed.

Amazing how flat footed and tin eared professional idealogues on the left can be. This happens so frequently to the people around the President because they are elites who are surrounded by other elites and they simply reinforce the "rightness" of their opinions and world views. Their comments at dinner parties with their friends seem insightful and witty yet when expressed in opinion columns, tweets and cable appearances they land with a thud and honestly shock them because they don't associate with anyone outside their insulated circles. You just know that Ms. Rosen has denigrated Ann Romney and Karen Santorum in the past and met with applause and approval, that's why her initial impulse was to dig in. She thought her audience didn't understand the wisdom of her point, not that they rejected it entirely.  How could anyone who made a different choice from the one she and her friends and their wives made be anything other than wrong and unworthy of consideration? Don't we get it? It almost makes me feel sorry for them. Almost.
