AP: What kind of woman do you think I am?

OBAMA ADMIN: We’ve already established that. Now we’re just haggling over the price.

Wow, what treasures!

Sheila

....and they said I didn't have any. At least, I've got one and it's shiny, too.

Sheila

Damn! I told Biden I wanted the HALO polished. He just doesn't listen.

I had four years of Latin in high school and have been able to use it in a later medical terminology class and to figure out enough to get by in many other Latin-based languages (Spanish, Italian,....).

Sister Virginia, the Presentation sister who taught me, was truly an angel and gave us great historical perspective. She really made those dead Romans come alive, too!

It's a BFD. Vote Biden 2016.

Since you're in the East Bay, my fav used to be Caspar's Hot Dogs in the Richmond/El Cerrito area.  Are they still there?

Sheila

Applause, applause, applause!

As a former SF bay area resident, I look forward to donating to John's mayoral campaign!

I agree with Rob Long's lack of appreciation of Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter and the like and all the creepy, underworld characters and magical  stuff they dwell on.  No, Rob, you're not the only one.

Sheila

Yes, I got the Abbot/Costello reference, Peter.  "Slowly I turn,........" , but wasn't it from The Three Stooges?    Did they both do that routine?

Yes, I am a believer in User Fees and have no problem in your change to being only for paid members. Really enjoy the podcasts and being an accountant I certainly know that somebody's got to pay for what I get.

Thx.

Our Washington county GOP caucus meetings earlier this year had very, very long & unexpected lines for several hours.  Long, winding line of delegates, alternates & observers was a first time for me. Must admit, tho' my legs tired, the exposure to the process was educational and encouraging. I was pleased to see so many, many people actually willing to participate!

Sheila

Welcome, Mr Carter! .......nice bike, too.

Sheila

Thx for the intro to the show. Having lived across the river in SW Washington for the last 30yrs or so, I've always just shaken my head at the Portland motto "Keep Portand weird". However, this show makes it, at least, funny in a humorous way, rather than a bizarre, immoral, over-the-top liberal way.
