538’s Super Guide to Super Tuesday
The editors remember that we promised Ricochet member Ryan M. a simple guide to the mechanics of our primary voting process, just as soon as we figure it out ourselves. I noticed that Carson has raised the most money in all but 2 or 3 of these states but is projected to get 0 delegates, interestingly, money doesn’t necessarily buy elections. The rules are not even a bit complicated. There is detail, yes, but let’s not make them out to be harder to understand than they are. I read FiveThirtyEight’s guide before it was cool. Just ask the NSA. Surely they’ve recorded my browser history in their mega data somewhere.
I’ve heard Carson spends the most money to raise the money he does. There’s a chance the man’s being manipulated by those encouraging him to keep running so they keep getting checks.
